Instructions
- Bloom gelatin by sprinkling it over 3 tablespoons of cold water; let sit for 5 minutes, then microwave gently for 10 seconds until dissolved.
- In a mixing bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until soft peaks form (about 3-4 minutes).
- Fold the dulce de leche into the whipped cream until smooth.
- Gradually add dissolved gelatin while folding gently to maintain airiness.
