Instructions

  1. Make the Batter:
    • In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.
    • In another bowl, beat eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla. Gradually whisk the wet ingredients into the dry until smooth. Let the batter rest for 15-30 minutes.
  2. Cook the Crepes:
    • Heat a non-stick skillet or crepe pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
    • Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the pan, swirling to coat evenly. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges start to lift. Flip and cook for another 30 seconds. Repeat with remaining batter.
