Ingredients: For the dough:

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 2¼ teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon salt

For the filling:

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
