- 2 cups long-grain white rice
- 1 cup fresh cilantro
- 4 garlic cloves
- Juice of 2 limes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth

- Cilantro dressing or sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients: Wash and chop the vegetables. Set aside some chopped cilantro for garnish.
