  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together lime juice, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add diced mango and pineapple to the marinade; gently mix to coat.
