- 2 pounds lean ground turkey
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/3 cup finely chopped red onion
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh oregano (or 2 teaspoons dried)
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix ground turkey, feta, onion, garlic, oregano, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until just combined. Don’t overmix.
- Form mixture into 24 golf ball-sized meatballs.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook meatballs for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides and cooked through (internal temperature 165°F).

- Make ahead: Form meatballs and refrigerate up to 24 hours before cooking
- Freeze uncooked meatballs for up to 3 months
