Ingredients

  • 2 pounds lean ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh oregano (or 2 teaspoons dried)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Mix ground turkey, feta, onion, garlic, oregano, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until just combined. Don’t overmix.
  • Form mixture into 24 golf ball-sized meatballs.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook meatballs for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides and cooked through (internal temperature 165°F).
