Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons cowboy butter (garlic, herbs, red pepper flakes, and butter blend)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook linguine according to package directions. Reserve 1 cup pasta water.
  • Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook in cowboy butter mixture until golden, about 6-8 minutes.
  • Add garlic and tomatoes, cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Toss cooked pasta with chicken mixture, adding pasta water as needed for desired consistency.
  • Finish with parsley, lemon juice, and Parmesan cheese.
