- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 8 oz full-fat cream cheese (softened)
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix oats, brown sugar, melted butter, baking powder, and salt until crumbly. Press two-thirds of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add eggs, mixing in vanilla and salt until creamy.
- Fold in berries and pour over the oat crust evenly. Sprinkle remaining oat mixture on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Cool completely before slicing into squares.
