- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, sesame oil, and ginger in a bowl. Add steak cubes and marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet over high heat until very hot.
- Sear steak bites in batches for 2-3 minutes total, turning once, until browned outside but still juicy inside.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
