Description

S’mores Cheesecake is an indulgent dessert that combines creamy cheesecake, rich chocolate, and toasted marshmallows, all nestled in a crunchy graham cracker crust. A nostalgic treat everyone will love!

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (melted)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown. Let cool completely on a wire rack.
  3. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and cocoa powder until combined.
  4. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Stir melted chocolate chips into the filling and gently fold in mini marshmallows.
  6. Pour filling onto cooled crust and smooth the top. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Before serving, toast additional mini marshmallows until golden brown.
