- 1 box brownie mix + ingredients listed on box
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- ½ cup chocolate chips for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare and bake brownie mix in a 9-inch springform pan. Cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in sour cream and vanilla.
- Pour over brownie base. Bake at 325°F for 60-75 minutes until center is almost set.
- Cool completely, then refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
- Top with caramel sauce and chocolate chips before serving.
Notes
- Use room temperature ingredients for best results
- Place a pan of water on bottom rack while baking to prevent cracking
- Run knife around edge before removing springform
