- 2 medium zucchinis, spiralized
- 1 cup heavy cream

- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Prepare zucchini noodles using a spiralizer and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook seasoned chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and slice.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Pour in heavy cream, stirring continuously until slightly thickened (3-4 minutes). Add Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Toss in zucchini noodles and sliced chicken; gently combine for 2-3 minutes until warmed through.
- Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Serve immediately with extra Parmesan if desired.
