Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and poke holes in the potatoes. Bake directly on the rack for 45-60 minutes until tender.
  3. Cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink, about 7-10 minutes per side. Shred with two forks.
