- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 bell pepper (red or green)
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 6 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- Tortilla chips for garnish
Instructions
