- Corn or flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese

- 2 cups enchilada sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions

- Cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked (15-20 minutes). Shred once cool.
