- 1 large round bread loaf
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Hollow out the center of the bread loaf, leaving a 1-inch border. Set the removed bread pieces aside.
- In a bowl, mix artichoke hearts, mozzarella, Parmesan, mayonnaise, sour cream, and garlic.
- Spoon the mixture into the bread bowl.
- Wrap the filled bread in aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil, sprinkle with extra mozzarella, and bake for 5 more minutes until golden.
- Serve with reserved bread pieces or crackers for dipping.
