Ingredients

  • 1 large round bread loaf
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Hollow out the center of the bread loaf, leaving a 1-inch border. Set the removed bread pieces aside.
  • In a bowl, mix artichoke hearts, mozzarella, Parmesan, mayonnaise, sour cream, and garlic.
  • Spoon the mixture into the bread bowl.
  • Wrap the filled bread in aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove the foil, sprinkle with extra mozzarella, and bake for 5 more minutes until golden.
  • Serve with reserved bread pieces or crackers for dipping.
