Ingredients

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 package active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • ¼ cup butter, softened (for filling)

Maple Icing:

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 23 tbsp milk

Instructions

  • Combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let stand 5 minutes until foamy.
  • Mix in eggs, melted butter, and flour until soft dough forms. Knead 5 minutes.
  • Let rise 1 hour until doubled.
  • Roll dough into 16×12 inch rectangle. Spread with softened butter.
  • Mix brown sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over butter. Top with blueberries.
  • Roll up tightly; cut into 12 pieces.
  • Place in greased 13×9 pan. Rise 30 minutes.
  • Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes until golden.
  • Whisk icing ingredients; drizzle over warm rolls.

  • Can substitute frozen blueberries (don’t thaw)
