- 24 chicken wings, split at joints, tips removed
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons butter
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Pat wings dry and season with salt and pepper. Arrange on a baking rack over a lined sheet pan.
- Bake at 400°F for 30-35 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, make Alfredo sauce: Melt butter, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add cream and simmer until reduced. Stir in Parmesan and Italian seasoning until smooth.
- Toss hot wings in Alfredo sauce and serve immediately.
