Description

Crispy chicken wings coated in a creamy, garlicky Alfredo sauce – a delicious twist on classic wings that combines the comfort of Italian cuisine with everyone’s favorite finger food.

  • 24 chicken wings, split at joints, tips removed
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Pat wings dry and season with salt and pepper. Arrange on a baking rack over a lined sheet pan.
  2. Bake at 400°F for 30-35 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
  3. Meanwhile, make Alfredo sauce: Melt butter, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add cream and simmer until reduced. Stir in Parmesan and Italian seasoning until smooth.
  4. Toss hot wings in Alfredo sauce and serve immediately.
